Welcome to the final online learning module for the course. In the third module we will focus on writing the objectives and activities sections of the PDP. We will also preview a completed PDP and discuss evidence and year 5 of the process.

Annual Reviews & Deadlines	Make a list of important dates for your PDP; include annual reviews, review deadlines, and forms. This is intended to be a list that you can look back on each year to review your progress with the PDP process and to stay on track.
PDP Self-Assessment	Review your PDP for accuracy using the PDP Team Goal Approval Checklist
Submit PDP to Instructor	Submit your completed PDP (Sections A-E) to the instructor for review and grading *Share your final PDP draft with the instructor by placing it in the shared Google Doc/Google Drive folder.
